Tahoe Home Lookout & Services offers a variety of plans for our customers including single, bi-monthly and monthly visits. Considering each Tahoe home is unique, homeowners can also create an individual service plan that best suits their property needs.

Basic Service Rates:

Single Serivce : Single visit to property to cover items listed in Basic Services menu, plan starts at $40.00.

Bi-monthly Service Plan : Twice a month visits to property to cover items listed in Basic Services menu, plan starts at $60.00.

Monthly Service Plan : Once a week visits to property to cover items listed in Basic Services menu, plan starts at $80.00.

**Service items listed in the Additional Services and Concierge Services menu are individually priced according to each home or can be built in to a monthly plan. Please contact us for specific rates or service estimates on these items.
